The Vibe
Cypress Point is a journey through three distinct environments: the forest, the dunes, and the rocky coastline. It is more intimate and rugged than its neighbor Pebble Beach, feeling like a private walk through a natural wonderland. The 15th, 16th, and 17th holes are widely considered the greatest three-hole stretch in golf.
The Vault Line — The 16th Carry
The 16th is a 230-yard par 3 entirely over the crashing Pacific. The strategy is simple: be brave. However, for those who can't make the carry, there is a fairway to the left. At Cypress, the heroic shot is always there if you have the nerve.

The Dunes of the 9th
A short par 4 that requires a blind tee shot over a massive dune. Strategy is to play for the left side to get a better view of the green, which is set in a natural punchbowl.
